The minimum unit of distributed energy storage system products is 215kWh/100kW air-cooled system, which consists of DC battery cabinet and AC control cabinet, and supports multiple sets of parallel use.

 

The DC battery cabinet has a rated energy of 215kWh and contains a battery pack, high voltage box, control box, air conditioning, fire protection and battery management system (BMS). Among them, the BMS is used to collect battery parameters, estimate battery status, control battery charging and discharging, and ensure battery safety, including battery monitoring unit (BMU) and system management unit (SMU).

 

The AC control cabinet includes power conversion system (PCS), energy management system (EMS), metering meter and auxiliary power distribution. Among them, EMS collects battery, PCS and user load information, regulates the charging and discharging strategy of energy storage system, realizes peak shifting and valley filling, dynamic capacity increase, demand control, light storage and charging, and other on-site optimal control and energy management. Each AC control cabinet can be configured with up to four 100kW PCS, i.e. it supports access to four 215kWh DC battery cabinets.
